TEMPO committees are led by a Chair and Vice Chair team, with terms typically consisting of one year each (with leaders spending one year as Vice Chair and then transitioning into the Chair role). Per TEMPO bylaws, the following committees must be chaired by a TEMPO Board Director: Communication, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Membership.
